1. What this site is

Tiny Living Market (tinylivingmarket.com) is an online bulletin board. Owners, builders, and buyers post and browse tiny houses, cabins, container homes, park models, and land. We are not a real-estate brokerage, escrow agent, lender, inspector, or title company. We do not take possession of homes or funds for a home sale.

2. Your account

You must give a working email and keep your password private. One person or business per account unless we agree otherwise. We may suspend accounts that look fraudulent, abusive, or illegal.

3. Listings

• Basic listings are free. Featured placement and a verified seller badge are optional paid add-ons. They buy visibility or a badge, not a guaranteed sale.
• You must own the right to offer the home or land, and photos must be of that home.
• We review listings and may approve, reject, pause, or remove them. See listing guidelines.
• Fair Housing Act rules apply. Discriminatory wording is not allowed.

4. Messages and conduct

Do not use the inbox for scams, harassment, spam, or off-platform payment pressure that looks like fraud. We may read messages to police the platform. We are not a party to your deal.

5. Payments to us

Featured listing and verified badge fees are charged through PayPal. Those fees are for promotion on this site. They are generally not refundable once the placement or badge is turned on, except where required by law or if we cannot deliver the feature.

6. No professional advice

Blog posts and tools are general information. Zoning, financing, towing, and title rules vary by place. Confirm with local officials and your own advisors before you buy, move, or occupy a home.

7. Liability

The site is provided as-is. Listings come from users. We do not warrant that a home is as described, legally sitable, or free of liens. To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for deals you make with other users, lost profits, or indirect damages. If a court finds us liable, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months (often $0 for a free listing).
